Cancellation Policy
Audio Guestbook Rental Policy 1. Delivery Information All rentals require delivery by our team to ensure the product is properly set up and ready to use. Delivery fees are not included in the rental price and will vary depending on the location of your event. Delivery fee details will be provided upon booking based on the event's location. 2. Pick-Up Policy Rentals must be available for pick-up by 11:00 PM on the day of your event. Failure to have the rental item ready for pick-up by this time may result in additional charges. 3. Additional Notes If your event location changes after booking, delivery and pick-up fees will be recalculated based on the updated location. Please ensure a responsible party is available during both delivery and pick-up times to avoid delays. By renting the Audio Guestbook, you agree to these terms and understand that fees for delivery and late pick-ups are non-negotiable.
