Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Balloons and Things for your furniture rental needs! Please review our rental policy to ensure a smooth process: 1. Rental Duration All furniture rentals are for one-day use unless otherwise specified. If you opt to pick up the furniture, it must be returned by 12:00 PM (noon) the following day. Late returns may result in additional fees. 2. Pick-Up and Drop-Off Customer Pick-Up: Furniture may be picked up from our location during designated hours (provided at booking). Please ensure you have an appropriate vehicle for transport to avoid damage. Return: All items must be returned to our location by 12:00 PM (noon) the next day. Late returns will incur a $[Late Fee Amount] per hour charge. 3. Delivery and Pick-Up (Optional) We also offer delivery and professional set-up services for an additional fee based on your event location. If you select delivery, we will handle all transportation, set-up, and pick-up. Delivery and pick-up times will be coordinated with you in advance. 4. Care and Use of Furniture Furniture must be used in a clean, dry, and safe environment. No standing, jumping, or misuse of furniture is permitted. Furniture must not be exposed to rain, mud, or other damaging conditions. 5. Damage Policy Customers are responsible for the care of rented items while in their possession. Any damages, stains, or excessive wear beyond normal use will result in a repair or replacement fee. 6. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your rental. Delivery fees (if applicable) will be calculated and communicated prior to finalizing your order. 7. Cancellation Policy Cancellations 7+ days before the event: Full refund. Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund. Same-day cancellations: No refunds. 8. Liability Balloons and Things is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by misuse of rented furniture.
